Be careful of a guy out of Joao Pessoa, he's a crook and will damage your car. Most of these services don't truck it they hire someone to drive it up there, anything can happen.

I've driven from Camboriu to Joao Pessoa up BR101, it's a really fun drive, I'd do it again anytime.
In some spots the BR is 2 lanes, can be very dangerous with all of the trucks out there.
