Relocation to Tortola

I am currently residing in the UK with my wife and 7 year old son and we have recently come into a multi million pound inheritance. I am a UK citizen and my wife is a South African citizen. We have our eyes on a couple of beautiful properties, one for us to reside in on Tortola and one a well established holiday villa in Virgin Gorda. Can anyone advise me on how easy it would be for us to relocate to BVI? Bearing in mind that we would be effectively retiring here as owners of two properties worth nearly £10 million. Any advice or tips would be much appreciated.
