We have brought a house in Bulgaria, and are going to live in it permanently, we know how to apply for a d-type visa, but how do we get the necessary bulgarian I.D. card, this is needed every year until you have lived there for at least 5 years. Also a school around the gabrovo area for a 13 year old boy any information please.
