Stephan please be VERY VERY careful with builders in Bulgaria. You can get stung badly and end up with a half-finished virtually uninhabitable house and lose lots of money. Trying to help others not make the same mistakes we have!

Hi Pip,,,A good guide for pricing work & quotes off builders is "average official BG wage per month here is 940lev,s" which i have used for quotes on work,,ie over priced from Expats & Locals,,& turned them down,,but there are some genuine people about,just be carefull,,,,,eddie
