We have just made the leap and bought ours out in Stefan Strombolovo after years of on line searching. I found it's not just the house but the village your going to live in. We looked at loads and it was only by going to view them and get a feel for the area that we found ours. I highly recommend Yantra Homes, not pushy and a wealth of knowledge

Thank you Pip and Louise for your message seems you were very much in our situation and yes we have seen many properties on line but we feel its time to go see them and look at the area too. I see you are a little north of Veliko Tarnovo I have to say that area did seem to come out high on our list so we will see how we get on and thank you for your recommendation of Yantra Homes we have already been in touch with them and so far we have found them very helpful in fact they have even suggested a small hotel near their office which we will probably book into! and good luck with finding a builder!..some of the properties we have seen all seem to require work so when and if the time comes I may be looking for you hoping you found a good reliable inexpensive builder!
