UK white goods, electricals and electronics, furniture and bedding are much better quality from home. Sadly MDF rules here and it's yet in it's infancy so not best. As an addendum DO NOT use Chris Jho/Alexander/Ebbs. He is a con artist. Currently a large number of people in BG reporting him to Action Fraud UK for taking money and not delivering or delivering late and with significant damages and breakages or with items missing

I recommend that you talk to the local customs officials before you make your move. As in my situation, sometimes they can be a little flexible depending on your personal situation.

We were not taxed on either the goods we bought over in the tranny or for the goods we had professionally removed. I wonder what tax is being referred to?
