Builder/Electrician wanted Zmeevo, near Dobrich

I’m looking for a builder and electrician. I purchased a property in May where I intend to build a steel house boat and ideally I need a 30 Amp single phase supply so interested to hear if this is possible as the meter box is rated at only 10A. If not I have a 125A generator, but grid power would be better. There will also be ongoing work in the house and workshop.

Building wise, the priority is fixing 2 leaks in the roof which was replaced with the flat style tiles 6 years ago. A couple seem to have cracked due to an overhanging tree, which I’ve now removed, but the worst leak seems to have been caused by failure of a joist over the kitchen.
I also need the mud floors replacing with concrete, one bedroom wall probably needs underpinning (next to the roof leak which I think has washed the soil away.) I also want to fit UPVC windows and doors and guttering on the rear of the house.

After that, I need a concrete driveway 3 to 4 meters wide and 25 meters long which must be able to stand occasional movement of a truck around 12 tons and a onetime artic around 25 tons. The final project is enlarging the brick barn in which I will build the boat. It’s currently 16x4 meters and crumbling, but I hope to get planning to enlarge it to 20x7 meters with a wall height of 3 meters.

My priority here is simply building the boat, however as I’ll be spending money on the property to make it secure and liveable while I build the boat, I don’t want it to fall down before I’m done. I’m not looking for perfection, but I’m not looking for bargain basement either. I run a business in the UK and another elsewhere so I won’t be in the property full time yet, so I need someone trustworthy. I’ve worked in construction myself when I was younger and can operate all plant machinery and do most general tasks myself, so ideally would like to help cut costs by providing my own labour when I’m available, so I’m looking for flexible offers from someone that I can trust. In return I can offer my skills in steel fabrication and computer programming if it’s any use to anyone.

I’ve driven to the property a couple of times this year already to take some things over. I intend to drive over again in mid April, so would be good to get the ball rolling before then so we can meet at the property and talk about the work. Priority I see is 30A electricity if possible as I’ll be getting connected on my next visit, then fix the house as we’re now renting in the UK and waiting to move, then the drive, then the workshop. I’d like to get most done in 2017, but the workshop is the biggest task so could wait if needed.
