Hi ive just joined this group today and would love some help. I'm 22 years old and my partner and I are looking to move to Canada next year, relying on articles is really difficult so id rather someone who has been in the same situation to help me out. were going to get a working holiday visa and our plan is to get a casual job in a bar, cafe, supermarket anything like that and travel while we work and try and see as much of Canada as we can, id like to know where would be best suited. I love nightlife and culture. I'm a cold weather person too, id like to find a town outside of the major cities because the rent would be slightly cheaper I'm assuming, from what research ive done montreal or Ottawa seems ideal(id have to learn French but that cant be a bad thing). any help on those two cities would be perfect.

You need to apply for a working visa. You can't get a job with a tourist visa because you won't be able to get a social insurance number all employers require : ,cic.gc.ca & jobalerts@workinginCanada.gc.ca Victoria is a great city. BC has the lowest min wage. $10.50 p/hr.
