We are a family relocating to Denmark and renting out a 3 bedroom house in one of Santiago’s most attractive neighborhoods.
La Reina is ranked as the no.1 in quality of life in Santiago in an inquiry made by the real state zone.
It’s a neighborhood where construction is not allowed above 4 high with mostly houses.
Adjacent communes are Las Condes, Nuñoa, Peñalolen.
Best neighborhood for good schools, close to supermarkets and metro connection Plaza Egaña 2 blocks away.
House is from 1952 and being partly renovated in order to increase and upgrade kitchen, renovate bathroom, renovate and isolate roofing of 1st floor.

Have recieved some mails on this add and not sure if recieved as such adding additional info:

We expect the house to be ready in July.

It has 190 m3 of land with the inside living area app. 100 m2 in 2 floors.
There is a seperate storage and laundry room of app. 15 m2.
Another small shed of app. 10m2 exist as separate extension which we intend to remove in order to increase the garden area.

Second floor consist of 3 rooms and a bath room.
We changed the windows to double windows.
Changing sealing in the rooms and making isolation.
The bathroom will be completely renovated from scratch.

First floor consist of living room and dinning room.
Small kitchen and office.
As the kitchen is to small, the office and the kitchen is being changed into a bigger kitchen.
There is a guest toilet also which currently have a shower.
Shower will be changed to small closet for cleaning material.

There is a small garden in the front and small locked off parking area in the back.

We are visiting our children and grand son in February and need a place to stay from Feb. 15- March 6.
