We expect the house to be ready in July.
It has 190 m3 of land with the inside living area app. 100 m2 in 2 floors.
There is a seperate storage and laundry room of app. 15 m2.
Another small shed of app. 10m2 exist as separate extension which we intend to remove in order to increase the garden area.
Second floor consist of 3 rooms and a bath room.
We changed the windows to double windows.
Changing sealing in the rooms and making isolation.
The bathroom will be completely renovated from scratch.
First floor consist of living room and dinning room.
Small kitchen and office.
As the kitchen is to small, the office and the kitchen is being changed into a bigger kitchen.
There is a guest toilet also which currently have a shower.
Shower will be changed to small closet for cleaning material.
There is a small garden in the front and small locked off parking area in the back.
