Friends,
My name is Marcial - originally from Chile - but currently living in Washington DC.
I just want to pick your brain on something. My sister has a couple of top-notch furnished apts in providencia and Las Condes. So far she has been doing the regular airbnb/booking.com publishing to putting them out and find mainly short-term tenants.
However, she is wondering is there is any other channel that she may want to explore when targeting the relocation market / temporary housing for people moving to Chile and looking for a 2-3 months lease to get settled.
She is touching base with some relocation companies - namely contactChile; consultChile; Paragon relocations - but I was wondering what was your experience when moving to Chile and if you can provide more guidance on any other channel/company that she may want to leverage for targeting this market.

do you have any idea what she's charging a month for it (short term) ? we will be moving to Chile at the beginning of June and might be interested in renting it LOL (we will be bringing 2 old, lazy, but well behaved cats with us)

I live near DC, and my family and I are looking to spend at least Jun-Aug in Chile in 2018 and beyond.
DC summers are hot and humid ....looking forward to Chilean winters :-)
Been twice now and taking the whole family at the end of may for 2 weeks.

Have a furnished three bedroom house on ten hectares. 20 kilometres from Pucon near lake Carburguar. This house is for rental or Purchase.

I live in Arlington, VA. - just across the Potomac from DC, and will be moving to/buying a place in Chile soon.
I plan to spend Jun-Aug in DC (I hate the cold more than the humid summers)...
Let's keep in touch in case you want to rent my 3 bedroom in Santiago, Chile Jun-Aug 2018 when I will be in DC!
