Best places to learn Chinese, anywhere?

Hello,
I just moved to Shanghai and am working as an English teacher and also a part time salesperson. I studied a little bit of Chinese before, but feel I need an academic setting to really improve. Does anyone have any suggestions about good schools or online institutions to learn Chinese?
