I visit China frequently. 5 times this past year.

do you want a dongle with the following fuction?
1. it can use it for remote access for remote workers.
2. Expats can keep their streaming subscriptions like Hulu, Netflix?YouTube
3. People have VPN but can't use it on Apple TV, Chromecast etc.
4. People travel to countries with Internet filtering
5. People have privacy concerns while using public WiFi
