I am looking for some good websites for housing (Particularly Sanlitun or Chaoyang Park) auto purchasing, and general information about Beijing.

Ni hao! Here are two websites that may help with what you need.

www.58.com is a Chinese website that helps all around. You can use it for cars, jobs, homes, game consoles; really anything you may need.

For Peking (Beijing) specifically, use the Chinese government's website, which is ebeijing.gov.cn. There you can find areas to live, facts about the city, and all you need about Beijing.
