Looking for English spaker fluent in Manadarin

I am in need of a native English speaker, or at least one fluent in English with a clear English accent, but also fluent in Mandarin.

The need is for frequent service as a product sourcing agent in China. I can provide a detailed outline of what is required and how to go about it, even if the person is not experienced in this field.

Please excuse the typo in the subject heading, I can't see any way of correcting it, so I hope the mods will be kind to me and make the change to read: "speaker" instead of "spaker".!!!
