Hi all I need your help if possible, I am married to a chinese girl, I left china i am not back in Canada, its been over 2 years and a half, we do not talk or see each other, I want the divorce of course , she does not want, what can I do, so far i have contacted a lawyer in china who said for XXXX$ amount he can get me the divorce, although I am unsure if I can trust this process.

If i go to china myself and file for the divorce in person, would that be a better route to use to get this done, I am at lost here, she does not want to give me the divorce, we do not have kids, we do not have split assests, nothing,
