Hello: I AM getting ready to move to Cartagena in the next 3 to 6 months! I am having trouble finding the right web sight or the right person to talk to about what exactly I need to do and or get to move to Colombia and stay! I have many questions, I want to bring my small dog, (under 20 Lbs) If he has all his shots and all are up to date, one: does he need more for Colombia?, If he is up to date does he have to be quarentened? I like to explore and hunt, can I bring in firearms? If I register them is it ok? IF I can not briing in firearms can I legally buy them after I am in country? Do I need a certen amount of income coming in each month? Do I have to have a bank account in Colombia? I am bringing my household goods in, I heard there is a tax even on that stuff! How much is the tax??? Who do I talk to about getting a perminate resident card, or visa? HELP HELP please! NO ONE I talk to has any answers to help me! I can be e mailed, veryburntoutinaz and I am on hotmail! I was in Cartagena in June and I really liked it, the people were very nice, food was great! I love the ocean!
