Cost to live good in Cartagena?

I have a chance to go with my family down to Cartagena. I also have a possible job offer. My question is how much money will I need to live good? I don't mean tourist, wealthy good. More like nice house/apt to rent in a better, safe neighborhood. Overall a good quality of life. This income would be the only income for myself, wife and two kids 5 and 7.

Cartagena is one of the most expensive cities in Colombia and certain items like real estate as just as expensive as the US. You are 4 and will probably need to put your kids in private school so you need to factor this in. Also if you need a car its expensive to buy one in Colombia. Since you say nothing of the salary I can't tell you if you can have a comfortable life. remember the electricity is expensive.
