Room for rent - short term

We are a gay couple with a spare room we would like to rent. The apartment is brand new, we were the first people to live in it, and we've been in it for 6 months. It's fully furnished, the room has it's own bathroom and shower, and gets a lot of sun. The apartment is maximum 2 minute walk to Pepe Sierra transmilinio, and 5min max to Carulla. Very good location, we are on the top floor of the building and the apartment looks on to pepe Sierra. The room is more suited for a single person and we can provide the room with or without bed. Currently the room is without bed, and we use as an office, but we would like to offer it as short term stay for anyone arriving or needing a place to stay.
