Good new on doule taxation!

OK Folks, as I stated in another thread, I wrote the Colombian Consulate and complained about the double tax. Below is their response and take note of the statement regarding a treaty.

Again...I urge all concerned to write in and file a complaint. "Squeaky wheel gets the grease"

There is hope yet!
