In need of contractors

Hello everyone.

I've been getting so much useful information from these forums, as well as making great friends, and I thought I'd see if my luck continues.

My wife and I are remodeling our apartment in Medellin and we are searching for reliable contractors. We already have contact for one, but would like to get bids with others. We're renovating a very large, very dated apartment. The projects will include:

Kitchen Remodel
Bathroom Remodel
Plumbing
Electric
Flooring
Stairway work
Ceiling changes
Custom Furniture/ Cabinets
and more!

We've done similar projects before in South America, but it is our first time remodeling in Colombia. We are not (and never have been) interested in working with companies that charge extra to foreigners. We speak Spanish and would rather work with local contractors at local pricing.

Please let us know if you have any recommendations for contractors, or just opinions in general for those who've done remodeling here. Thanks again for all the help.
