I need a computer wizard in medellin to change modem settings so I can get HULU AND AMAZON VIDEOS on my TV thru the box. I get them both on computers but not thru the box.

I know how to set the ROKU up and that is done...but there are settings in the modem that need to change and that is what I need help with. Because in my 1st post HULU and Amazon don't work. There is an error message stating I must be in the US. I have a VPN changed the settings according to what they said and same result they do not work on the TV thru the ROKU box. They work fine on my computer.

You most likely have to call Claro login information. Sometimes the user name is Administrador but sometimes they put it in your name first name initial and last name (or not.. Lol) Password can be your phone number, "CONTRASE?A" .. honestly it depends on who sets it up. Also you may find that info on a tag on the modem. If not call them and the have to provide you that info. I had to do that on both Movistar and Claro

I can get into the ROUTER and change settings...and I have done that and changed my DNS settings per my VPN
