My wife and I are planning on retiring to Grecia next year, we have decided not to purchase a car for the first 6mos., would this be doable and if so are there nice furnished apts. close to the town center?

Living without a car is very do able in Grecia. There are bus lines everywhere which leaves you the option of living in the city or up a mountain like I do. There can be a considerable difference in temp depending on the altitude.

Actually the temps you are looking for are right here. It is cooler now because of the rainy season but it stays 70 - 80 and even a little warmer in the dry season. I am glad you got hooked up with Ronald. He is very honest and kind!
