CAJA area offices & living expenses

Is there a list or map that shows what cities are tied to what CAJA offices? Also I know some of the offices allow the deduction of living expenses. I would like to take an in formal poll as to what cities allow this deduction. Will you please list if your city does or does not allow the deduction?

I would like to use some of this in my research (also using hospitals, climate etc...not just CAJA info).

I don't know of any detailed maps/lists of areas that each CCSS/ CAJA or EBAIS covers, but there is a list of CCSS branches (surcurales) online: http://www.ccss.sa.cr/sucursales

At the 27 de Abril CCSS office in Gauanacaste, I was able to deduct certain living expenses from my Rentista income two years ago - but some others recently were not able to do this, so it is hit or miss!

Sherman is quite right...it is 'hit or miss'. It could depend on what status you are in, and whether the clerk is happy or unhappy that day.
