Place to park my quad?

Hi everyone, new to the forum :)

I travel to Costa Rica quite often and will probably be there 4-6 months out of the year in 2017. I'd like to get a quad or motorcycle and store it near the airport in San Jose or Alejuela preferably.

Does anyone have space to accommodate one of these? I would pay $600 for the year. I don't need a place to stay, just semi secure area I can park while I'm in the states.

As I said, preferably near the airport, but I'm open to anything on the west coast as well. North or south.

If you are interested in parking on private land post this on the facebook expat group. There are hundreds of people on there and very few people here.
