ok, I know this has been asked but I cant seem to find the answer! I have heard about a sim card that I can buy at the airport that will help me keep data charges down? is this true? Please explain. We are coming to CR on 3/19!!

Not sure if it is what you are referring to, but I recently bought a Kolbi sim card for the "4G LTE Plan" that includes CR phone calls and 2 GB of data for a fixed rate of 9000 colones (about $16.40) per month.
