Roommate wanted to share a condo or house PETFRIENDLY (Tamarindo/Langosta)

Hello,

How are you?

I am looking for a roommate to share a condo or house in Tamarindo or Langosta.

Downtown its pretty expensive and overpriced so the best combination is to find someone to share.

I am laid back, respectful, work in one of the local companies, have been in town for 9 months now.
Stable income.

I speak English, German, Spanish, Italian. 35 years old.
Looking for someone to live with between 30 and 45 male or female.

Something that is very important for me in a roommate:
No drugs - casual marihuana maybe
Like pets
Reliable to pay the rent
Respectful with the others things
No hard (every day) party person

Hello,

How are you?

I don't do any type of those things but a huge amount of people that live here do. That is why I mention it.

Hi, when is the tine frame you are looking to share a place. I was planning a trip that way later this year.
I am a little older but very young at heart and meet all other requirements suggested. Mellow easy going woman.
Best Regards, Leila
