since July last year, and probably more, our country has been paused for investor visitors, but tourism is increasing more than many years past.
I think the brand new investors are covered, they have another needs, probably to live a simple life and avoid the bureaucracy, or they fount that small and tiny projects are profitable as big hotels and condos.
I can tell, for us is going very well with gathered communities where a manager rent houses and live there, is not new, but what is new, are the investments costs.

They are coming here to Playas del Coco!
In our complex there are 5 tourist families who wan to buy here and the condo next to mine was just sold to someone else!
The guy bought it online and he had never been in CR.
He just arrived on Friday and he is very happy about our pool and grounds!-He also had the realtor in charge of painting and decorating the condo!

I don't have a 5 house complex, what we have is a lot of tourists here at Cocomarindo, Playas del Coco who want to buy a condo here.
Even Today a police office from Halifax told me that he wants to buy a condo here as well!
The grounds and the pool are unbelievable!-It's resort like!

wow just looked it is beautiful, amazing that police guy, well, speechless...
So, ui think we probably have to build there again, i have couple nice lots into LOMAS DEL MAR, going to hotel RIU - ortola, the beach is nice and still have water and nature...
any way, if you have clients perhaps i mean perhaps we can do something together, building sustainable condos ??
