I am curious about the approximate time span, from start to finish, it takes to receive a pensiado visa. Would a spouse and children receive the same visa, and if yes, how much time does that add to the process. Thank you.

Expect it to take up to a year...and you may be happily surprised. However, it could take longer.
No real evidence that it will take longer or shorter time when including your dependents.
You will each have to apply individually as you, as the principal applicant.

Got place to post this question in regard to pensionado: how do we apostille police record which I got from county sheriff here in Floriday? the notary, since I have a print out from the sheriff's department and signed by them, said there's nothing she could do??

I am assuming Floriday meant Florida. We also lived in Florida.
But if I remember right, just pull up on google or wherever, address where to send to get done. I believe it was state capitol.
