I should clarify I am not planning to live there. I am from Canada and love it there, however the winters are bitter cold. I would like to spend about 4 months January to the end of April in a comfortable climate. I like to be outdoors, walking, swimming and working out in a gym on a regular basis. I am learning Spanish but it is a work in progress :( I would like to take lessons and meet locals to try and communicate with. I would like to stay in a small place, a one or two bedroom, furnished with wi fi available. I do not plan to drive so I would have to be walking distance to the main part of the city or near a bus route.

There are places you could rent for 4 months in Grecia where you could do the things you want to do. We live here and do not have a car and walk everywhere.

Look up grecia real estate.net and you will see pics and prices of rentals. He will show you what is available if you decide to come next year.

All you have to do is book in b&b for one night or if you arrive very early in the day he will show you rentals available then and you can be in by that night. Not hard, and no big deal.
