When people steal property

Some of you probably have read about
this subject.
I want to ask a question and I hope that Kohl will have an answer.
Where can we check regularly if our corporation is in our name or if some crook stole it from us?
I'm always amazed how this is possible to do.
Here is the article:

I recently searched for such info at the Registro Nacional website for a corporation that my wife and I have. But they only show the corporation name, not the owners names. It occurred to me that your personal names should not be recorded online as that is private information. So I doubt that there is an easy way to find this information online.

I am considering dissolving my corporation, which can be done under the new law for a limited time without transfer taxes. Then the property would be in my own name which I could check periodically online. (You can also file a substantial "lien" against your own property, which would make it more difficult to steal.)

shermanwc,
I asked the same question to my realtor but she still didn't give me any website or explained how she got this information.
Honestly I don't want to bother her again but this is what she said:
:Below is a copy from the registry today showing that the corporation (name of the corporation and number) is the owner of the condo. I have also attached the Personaria showing that you two are the owners of this corporation. This is the same information that I sent you on May 25/15.

You wouldn’t know if it was transferred into someone else’s name unless you check the registry regularly."
*******
Now it's me again:
Does anyone know how to get the Personaria?
Sermanwc, is the website the same that Kohl gave us the other day for us to check the back taxes?
Thanks.

Below is the method I use to verify my corporation online. You will need the "numero de finca", which your lawyer or realtor should be able to provide to you.

1. Go to www.registronacional.go.cr.
2. Select Sistema de Consultas.
3. Sign -in (You will need to register your email address and set a password the first time.).
4. Select Consultas Gratuitas.
5. Select Bienes Immuebles - Consultas por Numero de Finca.
6. Enter the Numero de Finca ... It should then show information related to your corporation.

I could not find anything called "personaria" or our names anywhere related to our corp.

Is the "numero de finca" the same thing as the Property Cedula number?
Thanks.

No, the numero de finca is in the following format:
5-xxxxxx-F-000
("5" represents Guanacaste; "F" relates to something called "Horizontal" and "000" to "Derecho". The web page also has something called "Duplicado" which I leave blank.)

The remaining 5 digits are the Finca number.

As I mentioned previously my name here changes when I use my husband's IPad because I forgot the passwords and my laptop is in the shop to see if they can repair it.
I had never heard about the Finca number and I don't understand why they don't give us that information,
Thanks again.
