This American is considering selling home here and retiring in s.Cyprus.
No intention to work for anyone, but wouldn't mind starting something like a laundromat or bakery, though I think I could live (frugally) just on savings & investments until SSC kicks in soon. I'd be interested in your opinion about:-
1) www site or it. gov agncy I should check as to how complex is the immigr. process for my purpose?
All I want is right to live there & buy/rent home. Idealy w/ permit to open biz (self employed) but even without.
2) what towns are ideal for one just interested in small lodging (own/rent) near sandy beach and open market. No luxury.
