My own daughter is due to go to Foley's next year. So I have no first hand experience but I have many friends whose children go to both of the schools you mentioned.
They are both popular, many people use the one whihc is closest to where they will live as they are at opposite sides of the main town area.
I have only heard good reports about Foley's and have heard mixed reports about heritage some parents love Heritage others are not so happy on balance therefore it is hard to give a definitive answer to your question.
The answer may lay in how old your children are and at what level they will commence their schooling in Limassol.
