Transporting furniture

Can anyone who has moved from the UK to Cyprus recommend a shipping company who can transport our furniture from our house in England to our new one in Larnaca. Preferably one that will take less than 4 weeks - I'm not sure how realistic that will be as we've been quoted at least 6 weeks. Thanks

Hi.. we moved from the midlands to northern cyprus. We used Dolphin shippers. Container arrived in 21 days. We used Burke bros as our agent for packing.. got a very good service. Jilly

Try using Britannia. They have branches all over the country. I found them really helpful in my move to Cyprus and it was also delivered to my new home with great efficiency and friendliness. Most removers may take time especially if you don't have what they call a full container load, they have to wait until there is one, mine took longer because of a small load, but came with another couple who I had already met here.
