I have visited paphos several times and am going out in march 2010.I will rent for 6months to see if I can afford to live out there on my pension.I have already shipped my car out.I would welcome any advice from expats from the uk.

Hi apl,
If you shop around and do not stick to the big supermarkets for every day shopping and don't do what so many expats do and sit in the bars all day you should manage on your pension.
Its all a matter of cutting your cloth to suit your budget.
If you are on UK retirement pension you are entitled to free treatment at the general hospital so don't need to worry about health insurance etc.
