Do you plan to work in Cyprus? What is your field?
Do ou have Cypriot heritage? It helps a lot.
Where in Cyprus do you want to live?
Are you single, married, have children?

I can provide you specifics on how I moved to Cyprus and received my residency permit. I am now in the process of renewing my residency having been here for almost a year.
