Hi

I currently own and run a letting agency in the SA and we are now seriously considering moving abroad to get a better lifestyle and weather. We are seriously fed up with just about everything in SA- government, cost of living, taxes, traffic, weather, crime, education - you name it! I would ideally like to buy a trading property management Business which looks after and maintains rental property in the Paphos area, although may consider something else, but think it is best to stick to what I know. Does anyone know of any such Businesses for sale, or any site or agency that deals in selling Businesses. we are coming to Cyprus in December 2014 to have a look at property to purchase so could visit any relevant Businesses during the period 6.12- 15.12

Hi Loures. I am not sure if this is still helping you, but if you are still looking for a business to buy and couldn't find one by now, I suggest you open one yourself. It's fairly easy, I just recommend you getting some help. https://cyprus-company-service.com/ was a great help to me when we opened our business over here, so I hope it will help you as well.
