" Hello Mathew, My wife forwarded your message from expatexchange because we live in Prague and I pretend to make a living at being a realtor. In answer to your question I do believe it would be possible to rent accommodations for 200 US especially if you only require a room. The problem, or what I am not sure about is if you can find it without being here. Unfortunately the company I work for does not deal in this type of accommodations. I am sure there are several places where one might look for such offers most of which are posted in businesses which have a large expat customer base, but only two come to mind at this minute. The best place by far is The Globe which used to be a coffee house/bookshop hangout and has grown into a huge business with a restaurant/cafe, books, bar, web site which has great info on several of the cities in the region.
