I was wondering if anyone else has tried to exchange a US drivers license for a Czech one based on the new law?

" Yes many have now done this and you dont have to give up your US one or wherever its from. Apparently they realised it was ""difficult"" for Foreigners and relaxed a bit. So now its relatively easy as long as you have all the right papers and can spare 2 hours or so in the queue. "
