If there was one thing that you wish you had known about living in Czech Republic before you arrived and started to settle in, what would it be?

That it would take hours and hours of visiting several offices in different towns to get electricity and gas contracts written up and supplies connected.

That cider and English back bacon are very difficult to obtain outside Prague.
