June is popular time to move to Denmark. Many expats temporarily settle in furnished rentals giving them time to look for the right place to rent or buy.

My advice would be rent. The markets are not stable. It will allow you a quick exit. If you do choose to buy then check for K3 problems and slagger. Buyer beware and trust NO estate agents
