Moving to Quto To Be with Wife

Hi All

I am moving to Quito sometime in the next 4 months to live with my wife who is from there. I was wondering if anyone knows where to find jobs like to teach english, ect. I am fluent in spanish and my wife owns her own home,so we will live there . Just trying to get a feel for the job market there for expats. I am heading down the end of august for one month and will investigate when i am there. If anyone has eny info , i would appreciate it and if you are living there, maybe we can get together when i am there and grab a beer or coffee.

You can also try Washington English Institute. They are located in the Quito Tenis neighborhood on Brasil street. I worked there for a year and enjoyed it.

I am very interested in your preparations for your trip and how they are going. I want to move to Ecuador as soon as I am able to sell my home here. I am particularly interested in the availability of internet service which is 1Mbps or greater as my daughter needs it for web design uploads. Any information would be much appreciated.
