Will be visiting Cuenca for the first time in November. Currently have reserved a room at La Casa Cuenca hostel. Does anyone know this hostel to recommend it or not? Other suggestions? Thanks!

The Casa Ordonez is a good one. The owner, Alberto, lived and worked in New York City, speaks English and is very helpful. His place was clean; there was hot water and clean sheets every day. The breakfasts were good and the location was great.
