My wife and I are thinking about
moving to Ecuador as young retirees.

I'll be in Ecuador -scouting- between 4/2 and 4/11, Quito, Cuenca, Loja'
Ibarra.

Well, I have an hour for you! I am in the province of Loja and the town of Vilcabamba.... its probably the most southern part you would be looking at. Send me a mesage and give me you e-mail address. Wife and I have been in Ecuador for 1 1/2 yrs, forst 6 mo. in Cuenca and the last year in Vilcabamba, Loja.
