In Cuenca......
I've decided to open all my post this way because so many times when I ask a question for advice I forget to mention where I live in Ecuador.
So the question today has to do with electric crock pots. I have concluded that this is the only way I am going to be able to chew the local beef after cooking it. It has also been recommended as the method of choice if my store bought teeth are ever going to be able to handle it.
There are many on display through out town and I am having a time deciding which brand might offer the best results and service. So many of the smaller appliances offered in Ecuador seem to be of very poor quality and cheaply built.
So it's recommendations I'm looking for. If anyone wishes to include the merchant they purchased their jewel from I'd consider that a bonus.
