Dear Expat friends,
I have a request,
Please read my letter,

My mother & I had intended to come to Ecuador, & had hired a visa facilitator, from Salinas.
She told us to send, our goods to her, for safekeeping, till we came to Ecuador.
After she, began to give us trouble, I asked some people, who were her clients, about her.
I was shocked to hear, what they told me about her!
Under conditions of anonymity,
many expats gave their views about her.

Because of her bad behaviour we asked her to return our goods,to us.
With great difficulty, this visa facilitator, decided to return my goods, but she passed away.

After her demise, I sent requests to her daughter, to return my goods.

She refused to return my goods to me.
Many of my expat friends asked this girl, to return our things, she told my friends, that she had thrown away all our things in the dustbin!

She claims that she threw away my mother's educational certificates, manuscripts, our new expensive branded clothes & our expensive books & documents.

Can anyone believe that this girl threw away expensive clothes and books, in the dustbin?
And why should she throw away things that belonged to us!
Should’t she have returned our things, especially when my expat friends asked her to return our things?

Those things belonged to us, so who was she, to throw them away?

This girl runs a courier agency , in Santa Elena & Guayaquil area.

How does she run a courier agency?
Does, she throw away people's goods in the dustbin?

My expats friends advised me, that most probably she has either kept my goods or sold them to earn quick money,
In case anyone has bought any books or clothes, from this girl, please send me a pvt. message.

Because of the late visa facilitator & her daughter, we have suffered financial loss.

Please can anyone help me,with advice etc, in this matter,
