I don't know any native Russian speakers, but if you are on Face Book, there are loads of Russians living in Egypt on Face book. Search through some of the Expats in Egypt or Expats in Cairo pages and see if you don't find some Russians. Some of them are posting ads for household stuff for sale in Russian, so they for sure speak Russian. Good luck.
