Hi folks! I am an Egyptian and currently live in the United States. A few months ago, after may years of living abroad, I visited Egypt and noticed a lot of changes that I, frankly, was not expecting to be so drastic!! However, Egypt, as it has always been, has a special place in my heart and soul, and I would like to come to visit more frequently. The last time I visited, I didn't seriously consider buying an apartment. However, now I do. It would be nice to have my own place when I visit each time. So, at the end of this coming January or so, I decided to visit Cairo and buy an apartment. I am considering one in Dreamland, Cairo or some other areas that are safe and classy, yet not overly priced. Do you have any views or sources of information about this or other areas in Cairo that would meet the above-referenced criteria? Thanks! :-)
