Please contact SPARE or ESMA for a dog. They have lots of dogs for free basically. You might have to pay a fee to have the shots the dog needed or something, but they are desperate for nice homes for the animals they have. You can Google SPARE or ESMA and find their web sites, I'm quite sure of that.

i tried before with ESMA , and by the way it was ( balady dog ) , but then they told me ( you are not meet our required to adopt a dog , because i don't have garden in my home , :) so if i have garden in my home or have good money i would buy any dog i like , they look for animal right and never seen human right to adopt a dog and take care for each .. :)

Perhaps you need to consider very small dogs if you don't have a garden. Do you have the time to walk a dog several times a day? If not, you do need a small dog.
Try SPARE
P.S. Nothing wrong with Baladie dogs if they are loved and looked after.
