I am moving to El Salvador with my family and I am trying to find a job that will allow me to teach English or Match position. I am also trying to find a good American school for my daughter.

This is a very broad question for what can be a complicated process. I highly suggest you begin with reviewing all the requirements for obtaining a work permit for a non resident. If you are able to satisfy all the requirements then I would begin to research schools. The schools that will most likely require your services are going to be in and around San Salvador. This in of itself can be problematic. Do you have friends or family here?

Okay well that helps. I assume that you speak fluent Spanish. It will be very difficult to work here, even in a mostly English environment if not. The best place to look for jobs here is in the newspaper. There are many American companies here and your skills are valuable. Perhaps it would be worth your while to esubscribe to "La Prensa Grafica". You will need to get hired and then you can get the work permit. Here is a very useful link for the work requirements. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Treu4BV2U6w The fact that your wife is a citizen is helpful. You can obtain residency through her. I do not know how residency works if you are already married, but I do know if you marry here it takes one year.
