Is there a Korean grocery store in San Salvador? Or someplace with kimchi? I am also looking for an organic store for flour, oil, cornmeal.

There is a Korean restaurant in Antiguo Cuscatlán. Pretty good food. They serve kimchi and have some imported groceries up front. The may have kimchi in jars but you should be able to buy fresh too.
As for organic, try mercadito. They have a Facebook page and alternate locations week to week. Oil is there for sure. Flour you can often find in the Mercado but just have to ask around.

Mercadito: here is their facebook page. They change locations every time but is full of great local artisans. go to the events page to find out where and when the next one is. https://www.facebook.com/emercaditosv/
AC: It is a huge city next to San Sal, ask anyone for directions, but here is the Korean restaurant https://www.facebook.com/pages/Restaurante-Seoul-Garden-Comida-Koreana-/346539338724730
